Step 1
You will need too publish your flash file as an ".swf". To do this open your flash application and hole "Ctrl" + "Shift" and press F12. The selct where you wish to export the movie to.
Step 2
Open the HTML page where you want to insert your Flash movie. Insert this code:

Please note: This is the minimum code you need to embed a Flash movie in a browser. A broken icon will appear on the Web page if the user does not have the Flash plug-in installed.
Also if your wondering why there are two tags in the above code, this is due to the fact that different browsers are very fussy' and will only accept certain codes. So this code will work in all browsers.
Step 3
Type in the address of the HTML file in your browser and look at your first Flash movie. And don't forget to upload your flash file to the same directory as your HTML document, unless you have directed otherwise.
